9 Essential habits to be healthy for every entrepreneur

Entrepreneurship is not easy; one should have a brave heart, stable mindset, healthy body, Patience, being positive. How to have all these qualities? Here are nine healthy habits for every entrepreneur.

1.Eat healthily:

The beauty of human body: It is a covered automatic machine which takes care of everything to alive. However, the sad part is: As it is fully covered we never know what’s going wrong unless it reacts badly. Food intake plays a vital role in health. Have balanced diet to keep your body healthy. Avoid junk food as much as possible. Have fruits and salads as mandatory in daily food, use less fat oils in cooking. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like princes, dinner like a beggar. Never skip any meal.

2.Enjoy music:

Being an entrepreneur the day is very stressful because an employee will have the luxury to do the same task daily. However, you don’t have that luxury as every day is a business day with a lot of unforeseen and ad-hoc tasks. Switching from one task to another without losing focus is very tedious. I personally enjoy music with low beat sometimes instrumental as it helps me to change my mood to standard. Music is the best medicine for many diseases. Music contributes to strengthening and weak our emotions.

To my knowledge, you can enjoy one song in 5 different ways 1. Observe the beat from every instrument 2.Listen to lyric carefully 3. Enjoy the female voice 4. Enjoy the male voice 5. You can map yourself to the song and be in dreams :). Consequently, take some time for music and enjoy.

3.Have enough sleep:

Sleep helps to work your brain properly. It also allows your mind to prepare for next day. Never avoid your sleep unless it is unavoidable circumstances. We are humans if you avoid sleep for two hours in the night next day you will be tired for 4 hours. Consequently, stick to have a minimum 7-8hrs sleep. Sleep well, recharge and be productive for the next day.

Many studies prove that deficiency of sleep damages some part of the brain. Lack of sleep decreases decision-making capabilities and pulls you in a depression so quickly.

4.Regular workout:

We allocate time to have food every day without fail because weakness and hungry would force you to eat as these are quick reactions. However, as a heavyweight, unwanted fat, Hyper Tension, Diabetes, heart problems are not immediate results we ignore them easily. Regular jogging or brisk walk of 30 mins keeps you healthy and fresh. Yoga is the best way to keep your body and mind healthy. I would suggest 15-20mins of pranayama keeps you away from many health issues.

5.Drinking water:

Dehydration will affect your mood and keep the mind in confusion. It can lead to weakness, dizziness and it won’t let you focus on work. Drinking a good amount of water periodically can help to lose weight. Apparently, water is the best antioxidant, and it keeps your skin glow.

6.Spend in nature:

Being an entrepreneur you will be forced to commercial. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to balance life with ethical behavior in business because you will be the odd man out. However, believe in belief and learn few things from nature. I personally enjoy spending in nature because it is not artificial. Nature makes your mind fresh and helps for fresh thoughts. Have a deep breath and release your stress. It teaches us about living in harmony; it teaches us not to harm and live for others.

7.Avoid negative thoughts:

I would say negative mindset is just against to your inner positiveness not with others. If you realize, life will become so easy.

A positive mindset will have only one way, so no confusion but negative mindset will have numerous ways, eventually a lot of confusion. Negative mindset can’t be confident enough because they know they are not correct and they can’t have a good sleep either. A positive mindset can happily sleep as they know they are good. Consequently, fill up your mind with positive thoughts and save your time, energy and enjoy the life.

8.Accept that you are not a remote:

Buying 50 inches TV and control channels with remote is easy. However, many things are not in our control. In the journey of life accept which is beyond your control and move on. It releases you from evil thinking.

9.Spend a good time with people who know you well:

This is crucial in life especially in the journey of entrepreneurship. Spend a good amount of time with people who know your hidden potential they may be you girlfriend, friend, wife or anyone. The majority of the times you are alone in the journey. However, don’t choose to be alone when someone knows you hidden potential well. Talk to them, Rome with them, make them part of your life if possible business as well.

I would feel,  happiness in the journey is to travel with the guys who knows you well in business. They can motivate when you are down as they know your strength and weakness, it is priceless.
